I had set up the Paypal account recently, so that I could buy something on line. After setting up the account, Paypal would deduct $3 from my master card account but that amount would be returned back to me as long asi I could give them the 4 digit Paypal code from the bank, this process will smoothen the transaction in the future.
Few days later, I was still waiting for that 4 digit code but was wondering when I could actually have that code.
I called the bank to find out more about that issue. The customer service officer asked me some confidential questions and then gave me the Paypal 4 digit code. I felt relieved because I could start buying items on line.
The next day, I intended to upgrade my e-learning membership, it cost $37. I used my paypal account to pay but not successful. It was because balances in my bank account link to Paypal is just $26.
I have to transfer some amounts to this bank account, this was my new experience.
