Build up foundation

I had been supervising construction work before. As the site supervisor, I knew that foundation was very important for building structure.
For networking, we need knowledge to strengthen our foundation.
I have to build up a team of 5. I have managed to have 8 referrals so far. I have to motivate my referrals to work hard.
Yesterday, one of my referrals sent me the e-mail as follows:” Thanks a lot for welcoming me to the team. I have been marketing online for about one and a half years, and have had some success.
This program looks very promising, and I have already had many interested prospects. This really impressed me, because I just barely started promoting on some traffic exchanges. I have sent him a welcome message already.
I plan to step up my promotion on traffic exchanges, as well as safe lists so that I can get my first 5 referrals soon. With this type of teamwork we should all be very successful. That will be a refreshing change.”
I e-mail her telling her to put more efforts, success will surely come.

Take initiative

I lived in the village during my childhood. I was always joyfull because I could visit my next-door neighbors at any time. I was so excited to meet my playmates, we played games like hide and seek, catch spiders, etc. At that time, If we needed dry woods or branches for cooking, I could just go to their mountains to collect it freely.
My house was always opened throghout the day, we welcome visitors. I could feel the warmth in my village. We knew my neighbors very well, we helped each others like brothers and sisters.
When I was in secondary one, I moved to the city. I felt sad because I could no longer had the same friendly environment as before. People in the city are so busy in their own affairs, we are hardly see them smiles.
I believe that we can make it the friendly environment in the city as well. I take initiatives to create the friendly environment in my new neighborhood. I find it workable if we put in some efforts ike greeting neighbors in the lift, help them to press the lift button, offer helps, etc.
Yes, I can do it because I take action.

Networking

Besides blogging, I also have the interest in learning networking. I had just joined one of them. I ready excited to learn it with passion.
In the beginning, I ready didn’t know much about networking, but now I have some knowledge. I find the site is ready suitable for me as a newbie. It provides step by step coaching by the mentor. At first, I joined as a free member and did my very best to refer it to others.
It was an exciting news for me that I managed to have six referral and 160 down line through traffic exchange programs. I also had the opportunities to teach my down lines how to promote the site well.
Yesterday, I made the important decision to upgrade my full membership. The fees was very cheap just $25 only. I did not want to delay it further because I could afford it.
Having down lines is just the first step, I need to motivate them to work harder because my success is fully depend on their success. This is my little thought for today.

Use Paypal service

I had set up the Paypal account recently, so that I could buy something on line. After setting up the account, Paypal would deduct $3 from my master card account but that amount would be returned back to me as long asi I could give them the 4 digit Paypal code from the bank, this process will smoothen the transaction in the future.
Few days later, I was still waiting for that 4 digit code but was wondering when I could actually have that code.
I called the bank to find out more about that issue. The customer service officer asked me some confidential questions and then gave me the Paypal 4 digit code. I felt relieved because I could start buying items on line.
The next day, I intended to upgrade my e-learning membership, it cost $37. I used my paypal account to pay but not successful. It was because balances in my bank account link to Paypal is just $26.
I have to transfer some amounts to this bank account, this was my new experience.

Selling a book on Ebay

Although I am an Ebay member, but I never active there. After hearing the success story of Ebay guru Mr. Benjamin, I am thinking to sell some used books.
I just list the item today on Ebay, this was the book written by ex-prime minister, present minister mentor Mr. Lee kuan yew. The book cost me $30, I now put the starting bid at $15.
This is the new learning experience. Life is really great as I always can learn new things like mailing, shipment. I also need to know what products people ready want.

Asia Internet Congress

I had successfully attended the Asia Internet Congress and learned a lot of new ideas. Immediately after the congress, I set up the Paypal account, I put some money in my master card for e-learning about Internet networking.
Today, I have become a new member of the particular web site. I took immediate action mostly because of the inspiring talk by the seven speakers in the Asia Internet Congress.
I am looking forward to the e-learning which I have just joined. I will learn from the experienced networkers and share it with new members.
It is ready fun to explore to the unknown.
Thank Asia Internet Congress inspired me so that I will be able to have new and exciting journey.

Exciting experiences

Last week, I never wrote any post because of some personal commitment. From 05-12-2008 to 07-12-2008, I was attending the Asia Internet Congress which was held in Singapore Management University’s auditorium.
This was the great learning experience in my life. The seven Internet marketers were so kind in sharing out their personal experiences in Internet marketing. We can learn from them the secrets of success.
Their success were because they all had undaunted mindset to overcome all odds. If I can learn from them, then I can be the next Internet marketing guru also. It needs passion, we need to put it into action.
Following guru’s advice can fasten our success. We have to pay some training fees for that.
Do you want to be the next successful Internet marketer, then you need to do it now. Remember action is the key to success.

Starts from zero

Recently, I join some of the free programmes like reading e-mail,traffic exchange,etc. I can see the amount that I have earned through reading e-mail was very small but every cents count. How to earn more money from reading e-mail? The answer is that we need to participate multiple programmes and put some efforts to refer these programmes to friends, blogging friends,etc. This is the best way if we want to earn more.
The benefits of reading e-mail can increase our knowledge on different business advertisements. We can see so many free and paid traffic exchange programmes. I can say all these are good for our next move in internet marketing. This is the good learning experiences before we move on to the next level.

Fruits of peace

This morning, I feel very sad that 155 person were killed by gunman in Taj Mahah hotel situated at Mumbai, India.
“They were the kind of people with no remorse - anybody and whomsoever came in front of them they fired,” an Indian commando leader said of the young gunmen.
These gunmen were crazy, they just simply killed the innocent people. They were worse than wild animals. All these gunmen had six senses, I can not understand why they were so selfish and full of hatred. They have no right to cut short people’s life. Gunmen had totally no compassionate heart, how about if their hushand, wife killed by others. Is it they wouldn’t feel any pain at all?
I feel sad for all the victims’ family members that they have to undergo many years of mental torture.
I hope all human beings put down all the weapon, ,hatred. Let’s ready taste the fruits of peace.

Surf internet

Since I bought the laptop, I always surf internet for few hours a day. I have learned a lot from surfing.
Now, I am going to buy something on line, I need to set up paypal and alert pay account respectively. What interest me more is how to make money on line. I have adsense advertisement on my other blog site. Currently, I also earn some money from reading e-mail. The next thing is to learn how to participate more affliate programmes. It is ready fun and exciting, I have the passion for that. I will attend the next Asia Internet Congress soon.
